Venison Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Place flank steak in shallow pan.
    Combine other ingredients and pour over steak.
    Let stand at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours, turning steak several times.
    Broil 5 to 7 minutes per side.
    Cut diagonally across grain of meat.
