Busy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless stew meat (beef)
    1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
    2 or 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    2 or 3 carrots, cleaned and sliced
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large Dutch oven or iron pot.
    Salt lightly as soup is very salty.
    Pepper to taste.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours until meat is fork-tender.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
