Frosted Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Brownies:
    Cream 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar.
    Beat in eggs and chocolate syrup.
    Gradually add flour.
    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0.
    Before cool, ice.
