Cold Artichoke And Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mix, cooked according to directions but omit butter
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 to 3 small jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained well and cut into pieces (I use 3 cans and put 1 jar on top)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well by hand.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
