Pineapple Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (4 oz.) pkg. unfilled ladyfingers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. heavy cream
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
To juice, add cornstarch and mix well.
Heat until thickened.
Add crushed pineapple and mix.
Set aside and cool.
