Egg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans chicken broth
    4 shredded carrots
    1 onion, chopped
    2 big tsp. parsley
    2 (8 oz.) boxes Egg Beaters
    2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add a little flour.
    (Sprinkle in.)
    Beat until lump free.
    Pour egg mixture slowly into broth.
    Stir slowly to keep from lumping.
    Boil slowly, constantly stirring.
