Apple-Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz. each) pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. cold water
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce, chilled
    2 medium apples, finely chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water and pineapple, stirring well.
    Chill mixture. When
    mixture begins to thicken, add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Place mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish and chill until firm.
    Yields 12 servings.
