Peanut Butter Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. peanut butter
2 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix together until texture is stiff not sticky.
If it is sticky, add more sugar.
Take wax paper and spread out on table. Roll mixture out flat.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar heavily all over.
Start rolling dough up, keeping roll tight.
Refrigerate until firm, then cut 1/4-inch thick.
