Peanut Butter Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. thawed frozen orange juice
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    assorted fruits and vegetables (apples, bananas and celery)
    3 Tbsp. water
    dash of vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter, water, lemon juice and orange juice.
    Add yogurt and vanilla extract.
    Stir until smooth.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Serve with sliced fruits and vegetables.
