Breakfast Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour (unbleached)
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
1 box Raisin Bran
Preparation

Grease tins.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Batter will last
up to 6 weeks. When ready to bake, add nuts, raisins or dates.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
