Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Spread nuts and coconut on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Soften margarine and cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Pour over cake mix evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake is done.
