Hot Pineapple Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    6 1/2 c. pineapple or other fruit juice
    1 pt. cream
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped orange peel
Preparation
    Separate egg yolks and whites.
    Beat yolks thoroughly in half the sugar.
    Beat whites thoroughly in remaining half sugar.
    Bring pineapple juice to a boil.
    Add cream; reheat and pour over egg yolk mixture.
    Fold egg whites into hot mixture.
    Sprinkle with orange peel.
    Serves 12.
