Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
6 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
3/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, milk and egg yolks.
Cook in microwave (High heat) until thick, stirring occasionally with wire beater.
When thick, add vanilla, margarine and coconut.
Pour into baked pie shell.
