Beef With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil or fat
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 lb. flank or round steak
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
1/2 c. beef bouillon
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Place oil, salt and pepper in a preheated, heavy 10-inch frying pan. Cut meat into thin slices and add onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until meat is brown. Add bouillon and mushrooms. Cover pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Blend together cornstarch, soy and water.
Add to meat mixture. Cook a few minutes, stirring constantly, until juice thickens and mixture is very hot.
Serve with rice.
