Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 c. uncooked or frozen corn, thawed
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. American cheese, diced
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour and blend.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
    Heat to boiling and cook 2 minutes.
    Add corn, salt, pepper, sugar and cheese.
    Fold beaten eggs into corn mixture.
    Pour into greased baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
