Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (20 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed basil
Preparation
    Heat the butter.
    Cook the onion and garlic.
    Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
    Stir in the tomato juice, tomato paste, Sugar Twin, salt, pepper and basil.
    Cook, uncovered, over low heat, about 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts. One-half cup serving contains 157 calories.
    Great for diabetics.
