Bologna Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large Irish potatoes
1 lb. bologna (more if desired)
1 medium onion
1 qt. stewed tomatoes
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt
pepper
Preparation

Heat tomatoes; bring to a boil.
Add potatoes and salt to taste; reduce heat.
Fry bologna in oil until brown.
Add onion. Cook until tender.
Pour into tomatoes and potatoes.
Add black pepper.
Let simmer until potatoes are tender.
Good over rice and with cornbread.
