Ralston Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. instant Ralston
    1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 egg or equivalent amount egg substitute
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease muffin tins or use paper liners. Sift together flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Stir in Ralston.
    Beat egg (or use egg substitute); add oil and pineapple and mix.
    Add dry ingredients and stir until dry is moistened. Makes 12 muffins.
    Bake 25 minutes.
