Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 stalks celery
1 medium onion
1 tomato
2 cucumbers
2 carrots
1 green pepper
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
salt and pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Place in blender with water and chop. Drain and reserve 3 tablespoons liquid.
Heat liquid with gelatin until softened. Cool and add salt and pepper.
Add vegetables, mayonnaise, cream cheese and lemon juice. Good sandwich spread.
