Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small mushrooms
    white vinegar
    hot water
    1/4 c. Colavita olive oil
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. each: oregano, basil and parsley
Preparation
    Leaving mushrooms whole, bring to a boil in equal parts of vinegar and water.
    Cook for about 5 minutes.
    Drain and allow to cool.
    In a glass bowl, place mushrooms with oil and spices.
    Add a little vinegar to top.
    Let set overnight.
    Before serving, drain out a little of vinegar.
