Beaumont, Texas Dessert Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3 oz. pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 8 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
1 9 oz. carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 7 oz. can drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Combine dry gelatin and cottage cheese.
Fold in whipped topping and mix well.
Add oranges, nuts and pineapple, stirring gently!
Spoon into glass bowl.
Chill well.
Serves 8 - 10.
