Hot Fruit Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can sliced peaches
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple chunks
    1 (No. 2) can pear halves
    1 (14 oz.) jar apple rings
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Drain
    fruit (save juice except pineapple juice).
    Save enough for 2 cups.
    To juice add cornstarch, sugar, sherry and butter. Cook until thick.
    Arrange fruit in Pyrex dish.
    Pour mix over fruit.
    Cook 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
