Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
2/3 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water
9-inch pie shell (baked)
Preparation

Mix 1 cup halved strawberries with 2/3 cup water, simmer on stove.
Blend in sugar, cornstarch and 1/3 cup water.
Cook until mixture is thick and clear.
Let cool.
Pout the remaining strawberries into the already prepared pie shell.
Cover these strawberries with the cooled glaze and top with Cool Whip.
