Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. regular rice
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Flake salmon in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add soup, rice, sherry, onion, lemon juice and water.
    Mix well.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
