Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 qt. popped corn
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt for 5 minutes. Take off stove; add baking soda and vanilla.
    Pour over popcorn and mix well.
    Spread into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
    Bake for 1 hour at 225\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
