Refrigerator Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 large potatoes, peeled
2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Grease lightly a 4 quart casserole dish.
Peel and cook potatoes.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream.
Mash potatoes.
Add sour cream and cream cheese mixture.
Add other ingredients.
Put in casserole dish.
Cover tightly.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes with lid on first half, then remove.
Garnish with shredded cheese and serve.
The potatoes will fluff up again after they have been baked.
Can stay in refrigerator for a week.
