Hot Pepper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green chilies or jalapeno peppers
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Line an 8 or 9-inch pie pan with green chilies or jalapeno peppers, sliced or dried.
    Grate cheese and fill pan.
    Beat eggs and pour over cheese.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
