Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked, dried apricots (no juice), chop
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients as for any bread dough.
    Fold in apricots and nuts.
    Bake in greased loaf tins about 55 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
