Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, eggs and oil.
    Sift together flour, salt and soda; add the two mixtures together.
    Add one can of drained fruit cocktail and beat 2 minutes.
    Pour into long baking pan.
    DO NOT grease or flour pan.
    Add 1/2 cup coconut sprinkled on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
