Onions Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sweet onions, chopped (best with Vidalias)
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Chop
    onions,
    not small, more like chunks.
    Mix onions with 1 1/2 cup cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 2 quart casserole baking dish.
