Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw apples, peeled and sliced
    3 c. flour
    1 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Grease and flour 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Combine sugar and apples; let set 1 hour. Beat eggs, vanilla and oil until frothy.
    Mix in 1/4 of dry ingredients.
    Blend in apples, walnuts, raisins and remaining dry ingredients.
    Place in greased and floured cake pan or 9 x 12-inch glass dish.
