Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place each piece of chicken between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Flatten to 1/4-inch using mallet or rolling pin.
    Set aside. Combine honey and mustard.
    Spread on both sides of chicken and dredge in chopped pecans.
    Bake in lightly greased shallow baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
