Miniature Pecan Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese (regular or lite)
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Blend cheese, butter and flour until smooth and form a ball. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or more.
    Grease 24 miniature muffin tins.
    Pinch enough dough to cover inside of tin to rim. Mix eggs, vanilla, brown sugar and nuts.
    Fill pastry cups 3/4 full.
    Bake 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven or until lightly brown.
    Cool on rack.
    Makes 24 to 30.
