Baked Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
2 Tbsp. melted butter
8 Ritz crackers, crushed
dash of garlic salt
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Melt half of butter in pan.
Cover with crumbs and garlic. Beat egg white until stiff.
Add scallops to egg white.
Spread over crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Pour on rest of butter and parsley.
Bake 15 minutes.
