Fritz'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sweet onion, chopped
    1 large red bell pepper, chopped
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    6 to 8 scallions, chopped (including tops)
    1 can green chili peppers, seeded and chopped (with juice)
    1 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 can hominy, drained
    1 can black-eyed peas, drained
    2 large leaves fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    1 small jar Paul Newman Italian dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix.
    You can eat it right away, but the flavor doesn't fully develop until refrigerated for 24 hours or more.
