Baked Mostaccioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. mild sausage (optional)
4 c. tomato juice with 3 Tbsp. sugar
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 bay leaves (remove before adding to pasta)
small box mostaccioli
Preparation

Brown sausage and hamburger and drain.
Add to other ingredients and simmer while cooking mostaccioli.
Drain pasta. Mix with sauce.
Add part of mixture to baking dish and cover with grated Mozzarella cheese.
Add remaining mixture and cover with a generous layer of cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
