Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole milk
3 whole eggs
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender or mix by hand. Be sure you have a crepe pan. Pan and grease should be very hot. Pour about 2 tablespoons of mixture into greased pan, swirling it in a clockwise fashion quickly. Brown lightly on each side. Top with jam and roll up like a jelly roll and enjoy.
