Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
3 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/3 c. plain flour
1 egg
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp. oil
Preparation

Peel and grate the potatoes into a bowl.
Grate the cheese in with potatoes.
Add flour.
Add egg.
Add salt and pepper.
Add oil; mix thoroughly.
Fry in margarine on medium heat in nonstick pan.
Makes 6 patties.
