Tahini Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. tahini (sesame paste; unprepared)
1 to 2 lemons or limes
2 to 3 cloves garlic
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
Preparation

Beat all ingredients to smooth paste.
Add vinegar and water as needed if paste is too thick.
Pour into serving dish. Sprinkle paprika or cayenne pepper on top if desired and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve with pita bread.
