Cuban Black Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) pkg. dried black beans
3 Tbsp. olive oil
18 garlic cloves
3 chopped onions
2 chopped green peppers
1 bay leaf
1 can sweet red pimientos
1 Tbsp. white cooking wine
salt
oregano
pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Rinse beans with water and leave in pressure cooker, soaking in water (twice the amount of beans) overnight or at least for 3 hours.
