Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can Campbell's new broccoli cheese soup
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, except parsley.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer for 5 minutes, or until hot and bubbling.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
