Szechuan Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. bag Hanover Blue Lake green beans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shredded onion
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
Preparation
    Cook beans and salt 3 minutes; drain.
    Uncover.
    Set on cool burner.
    Saute the onion, pepper and sesame seed in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from the fire.
    Combine green beans and sauteed onion, etc.
    Add oyster sauce.
    Cool, uncovered, for 1/2 hour before covering to carry to luncheon.
