Stuffed Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large peeled potatoes
10 slices crispy cooked bacon
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (16 oz.) pkg. grated cheese
chopped green onions (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil the potatoes until tender and drain. Place in casserole dish. Brown bacon strips until crisp.
Blend potatoes.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 just until cheese is melted or put in microwave to melt.
