Minnesota Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. minced onions
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix together first 9 ingredients.
    Shape into balls and brown in frypan.
    Mix together salad oil, flour and paprika and pour this over browned meatballs.
    Mix together remaining ingredients to make a cream sauce.
    Pour this over meatballs and simmer until thick.
