Vera'S Dijon Herb Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Saute chicken in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken to a serving platter. Reserve pan drippings in skillet.
Keep chicken warm.
Add lemon juice and next 3 ingredients to pan drippings.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chives and parsley.
Pour over chicken.
Yields 8 servings.
