Beets In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole tiny beets (17 oz. can)
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Drain beets.
Mix sugar, lemon juice, butter, orange juice, salt and pepper in a double boiler.
Heat.
Mix cornstarch and cold water.
Stir into orange juice mixture; cook until slightly thickened.
Add drained beets to orange juice and heat thoroughly.
