Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 jumbo shrimp
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. chopped scallops
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Split shrimp on curved side; do not cut completely through. Remove shell and black vein; wash and pat dry.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Stuff each shrimp.
    Place on baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
