Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli
    1/2 chopped onion
    3 stalks chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar cheese spread
    1 c. raw Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute chopped onion and celery in butter and pour over thawed broccoli in casserole dish.
    On top of broccoli, layer the Minute rice, soup and cheese spread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
