Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 tsp. chile powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cans condensed tomato soup
    1/2 lb. sharp process cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and drain off fat.
    Add onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes more.
    Then add seasonings and soup and cook for 10 minutes, covered.
    Add rice and mix well, then bake for 15 minutes.
    Top with cheese and melt.
