Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Monterey Jack cheese
    Cheddar cheese
    small jar pimentos, drained
    green onions, chopped
    black olives, sliced
    canned enchilada sauce
    flour tortillas
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Heat iron skillet on medium-high heat with a few drops of oil. Cook tortillas about 20 seconds on each side; set aside.
